LG series screw air compressor adopts the design idea of “large rotor, large bearing and low speed”. Its speed is 30-50% lower
than other brands of compressors. It can reduce the noise, vibration and discharge temperature, enhance rotor rigidity, extends
the service life, and also can reduce the sensibility to the impurities and oil carbon compounds.
The power range is within 4-355KW, where compressors with the power of 18.5-250KW are directly connected without gearbox, and the
compressors with the power of 200KW and 250KW are 4-pole motor directly connected. And the rotate speed is lower to be 1480r/min.
Meet and even exceed the requirement of national standard of GB19153-2003 Volumetric Air Compressor Energy Efficiency Limit Value.
